Shipping & returning Policy
Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:
• Free Delivery above 60€ to Netherlands, Belgium and Germany
• Free local delivery in Amsterdam above 25€
• Free Delivery above 85€ Europe Zone 1
• Free Delivery above 95€ Europe Zone 2
• Free Delivery above 105€ Europe Zone 3
(DHL rates increased due to the Corona Crisis)
Countries in Europe Zone 1:
• Austria, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain and Sweden.
Countries in Europe Zone 2:
• Finland, Ireland, Poland and Portugal.
Countries in Europe Zone 3:
• Norway, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.
Normal shipping time is within 1-3 business days. Currently those times may vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19, government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural, social or economic occurrences, transfers from DHL to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the Netherlands.
Packages undeliverable by DHL and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
Orders can be returned. This can be done within 14 days of receipt and at your own expense. We can only take back products in the original unpacked condition. Before you return orders, we would like to receive an email from you with all the information about the order.
If we have received and checked all products, you will receive the order amount on your account within 7 days.
